The Association is conducting a full Tenant Satisfaction Survey, giving our tenants the opportunity to tell us what you think about us, your home and the services we provide.
We have commissioned Research Resource, an independent market research company, to carry out our Tenant Satisfaction Survey, ensuring that it is confidential and impartial.
When will he survey be conducted?
Research Resource will be carrying out interviews with tenants in your area between 22nd November 2019 and 17th January 2020. All Research Resource's interviewers carry photographic identification and will provide this to you when they knock the door.
Why are we conducting this survey?
The survey is your chance to let us know how well we are doing and what you think about your home, your neighbourhood and the services we provide. Please be assured that all the information you provide as part of the survey will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be used for the purposes of genuine market research. Your information will not be shared with any other party without your prior permission.
How long will it take?
The interview will take no more than 20 minutes. The interviewers will be carrying out visits during the day, early evening and weekends so you can make an appointment that suits you. How will we use the results?
By completing the survey you will help us improve the services we provide to you. If you want to make sure that we focus on what you want, it is important that you take this chance to tell us what you think,
The information and feedback collected will be reported back to the Association and will be used to identify areas where the Association needs to provide more or better services.
