Pets and Storage in Common Areas
Pets
The Association understands and respects the benefits of owning a pet can bring to a household and, in general, has no objections to tenants keeping one. However, please remember that the Association's permission may be required to keep certain animals which you should apply for before buying a pet and bringing it into the house. Permission would be requested in writing to the Association.
If you do get a pet, it must be kept under control at all times, not allowed to cause damage to the property and any mess/fouling cleaned up immediately. In particular dog owners must remember that it is an offence not to clean up after your dog and you could be fined.
Failure to properly control, look after or clean up after your pet might mean that the Association will withdraw its permission and you will be required to get rid of the animal

Storage in Common Areas
Items such as bikes, scooters etc left in the close, stairwell or in front of access routes such as the back and front door create an obstruction which could prove fatal in the event of a fire.
ALL exit routes from the top floor to ground must be kept clear for your safety and that of your family and neighbours. Please be aware of the health and Safety risks and do not leave any items on the common stairwells and landings.
