Due to the current circumstances the Factoring Administration Fee will remain the same and will be reviewed later in the year.
We will shortly be issuing information on the buildings insurance for 2021/2022 and would ask owners who have not provided an email address to do so to allow this information to be issued as we cannot issue information by post at the moment.
The Association provides factoring services to a large number of buildings. In many of these we are flat owners but we also factor a large number of properties in which we have no ownership interest.
The Association is registered under the Property Factors Act 2011, our registration number is PF000225 and the register can be viewed by clicking Property Factor Register.
The Factoring service essentially covers repairs to the common parts of the building, administration of the block insurance policy, cyclical work and basic backcourt maintenance.
